Garden-anchored villa in warm brick and hardwood. Six recorded views from dawn through terrace.

Concrete planes, exposed structure, night-lit volumes. Geometry without ornament. Architect: Ms. Vieng.

Dongdok House.

450 sqm. Cantilevered massing, double-height volumes, structural-steel discipline behind a quiet finished face.

Ben's Deck.

Hardwood platform set on isolated footings, threaded around mature root structure. Joinery-grade timber, countersunk fixings.

Family residence organised around an interior courtyard. Local masonry, timber, single metal accent. Photographed by the family who live there.

Australian Ambassador's residence. Full kitchen renovation — strip-out, joinery, peninsula seating, range hood, finish-grade detailing.

Strip-out and rebuild. New plumbing, vanity, walk-in shower, finish-grade tilework. Fourteen recorded build frames.

Studio.

Acoustic build-out — isolated wall assemblies, soft-finish ceilings, control-room glazing. Small commercial fit-out delivered turnkey.

Early MLH renovation work. Cabinetry, stone surfaces, appliance integration — a record of the firm's residential discipline before scale-up.

12m × 6m residence with 12m × 3.5m hardwood deck. Lump-sum contract signed January 2026; 37-tonne foundation poured 31 March 2026. Site record updated monthly.
