A 12m × 6m residence for French clients, paired with a 12m × 3.5m hardwood deck on the riverside frontage at Nathong. The lump-sum contract was signed in January 2026; ground was broken shortly after, and the 37-tonne foundation was poured on 31 March 2026.
The build is proceeding through the standard Modern Lao Homes sequence — site preparation, foundation, concrete cure, columns and tie-beams, then infill — with a monthly photographic record returned to the clients in France. The photographs below are that record, in build order, ending at the most recent site visit.
Hand-over is forecast on the lump-sum schedule. The full gallery, with finished interiors and the deck in use, will be added to this page at completion.
