Cameron's attached references

The visual direction.

Cameron wrote that these are internet-found style inspiration images only; scale, materials, and layout will be adjusted to fit the family, D2 plot, and MLH construction reality.

Cameron concept reference image 1
01 · Glass laundry / service corridor: bright utility zone, storage, washer/dryer, and garden daylight. Useful for back-of-house planning, not a required glass roof.
Cameron concept reference image 2
02 · Soft classical living room: arched opening, tall windows, cream palette, relaxed formal sitting. Use the mood, not the exact ornament.
Cameron concept reference image 3
03 · White kitchen direction: bright cabinetry, stone counter, display storage, and soft detailing. Scale down for practical Vientiane kitchen use.
Cameron concept reference image 4
04 · Kitchen detail repeat: reinforces white/cream cabinet language, elegant counter surface, and clean appliance integration.
Cameron concept reference image 5
05 · Kitchen lighting and display: bright kitchen, lit shelves, island, and warm ceiling light. Translate into simpler durable joinery.
Cameron concept reference image 6
06 · Dining room mood: formal but soft dining, wall panels, chandelier, and upholstered chairs. Useful for dining/living atmosphere only.
Cameron concept reference image 7
07 · Dressing/storage island: strong signal for organised walk-in wardrobe or master storage with drawers and bright finish.
Cameron concept reference image 8
08 · Walk-in closet / vanity axis: built-in storage both sides, daylight at end, calm dressing area. Good master-suite reference.
Cameron concept reference image 9
09 · Bedroom mood: soft cream bedroom, panelled wall, chandelier, and vanity. Use as tone for master bedroom, simplified for budget and climate.
Cameron concept reference image 10
10 · Outdoor sitting / loggia: covered seating with arches and garden. Cameron said a nice outdoor area connected to the pool may be good, if it fits.
Earlier Cameron exterior style reference
Earlier April reference · exterior style mood Cameron sent before the 15 May set. Keep as background context, not final design.
Earlier Cameron walk-in closet and built-in cabinetry reference 1
Earlier April reference · master closet / built-in cabinetry direction. Reinforces organised storage and light-colour joinery.
Earlier Cameron exterior walkway reference
Earlier April reference · exterior movement/walkway mood. Covered walkway is not a hard requirement, but the image remains useful for outdoor circulation feeling.
B.0 Confirmed Call Notes

The understanding.

Already confirmed

These points come from the 13 May call and Cameron's confirmation message. Please only adjust them if something does not reflect what you and Sunny want.

Drafted from the confirmed meeting and WhatsApp notes for Cameron/Sunny to confirm or correct.

Please add the bank draw schedule when available: how much they release, and at which construction stages.

B.1 Site Information

The plot.

Verified area map The subdivision image reads as Ban Nongviengkham, Hom 1/8. Online map references place Nongviengkham Village-Street in Vientiane Prefecture, connected with the Don Noun / Dongdok side. This is the verified area anchor, not the final plot-level D2 pin. Open verified area map
Subdivision plan showing the selected D2 plot and alternative C1 plot
Subdivision plan already shared Cameron shared this on 12 April 2026 after Gary asked for lot pictures. Cameron later confirmed the selected lot is D2, approximately 439 sqm. C1 was the larger alternative at approximately 598 sqm. Gary's first-glance comment was that D2 was the better choice because it is more private with quieter road noise.

B.1A Site Visit Notes

What was seen.

21 May 2026 · 1:30 PM

Gary met Cameron and Sunny at the selected D2 plot. These notes are for Cameron/Sunny, Sam, and Gary to confirm as the agreed site record before the design team turns the brief into drawings.

Site visit video record Short WhatsApp site video from the 21 May 2026 D2 visit. It is included as visual context for the agreed site notes: surrounding construction, boundary wall, fill/ground condition, and first layout discussion. Use it as context only; final dimensions, levels, and boundaries still need survey/design confirmation.

The programme.

Text field so the area can include notes about what is included in the estimate.

Use this field to explain the bedroom arrangement, not only the number.

Select all that apply. Current understanding is inside main kitchen plus covered outside Lao kitchen.

Count

Allow for a quiet, flexible room that can work as office, study, studio, or guest overflow depending on their final preference.

Pool costing should be based on water volume (m³), not just surface area or perimeter size (m²).

B.3 Design Direction

The direction.

Cameron's uploaded references are now shown above. Use them as mood and programme clues, not as drawings to copy literally.

Client note: "This is just what we found on the internet as style inspiration of course scaling etc will be different to fit us." Read the set as bright European/classical inspiration: cream interiors, arched openings, refined kitchen/dining, strong built-in storage, soft bedroom tone, and a possible covered outdoor sitting area connected to the pool if the site allows.

Additional uploads preview here before submission. The main 10 concept references Cameron already sent are included above and will be used by MLH/design team.

This means how much the living areas should open to outside spaces: terrace, balcony, pool, garden, outdoor dining, shaded sitting area, or Lao kitchen.
