D2 was walked.

Gary met Cameron and Sunny at the D2 site on 21 May 2026 at 1:30 PM.

  • Reviewed Access, rough boundaries, visible services, nearby construction, drainage direction, fill level, and first layout logic were reviewed on site.
  • Agreed direction The first concept should test parking/turning space near the entry, main house massing toward the rear, and a front-right mother-in-law suite with pool and outdoor sitting area if the final dimensions allow.
  • Next papers Payment has been received. The design invoice and design agreement are still to be issued; the existing Contract and Sign pages remain in the portal for that step.
