Roof framing was completed on Tuesday, two days ahead of schedule, after favourable weather over the weekend. The roof tile delivery arrived Thursday morning and is staged on site. We have begun preparation for window installation, scheduled for Monday — please confirm by Friday whether you are proceeding with the upgraded double-glazing on the western elevation (an optional variation) so we can release the supplier order on Saturday.

Notes from the site

The framing carpenter, Mr. Bounthanh, has been with us on eleven projects. The tolerances on this roof are tighter than standard — we set them at ±3mm rather than the ±10mm typical for residential work — because the upgrade glazing on the western face requires it.
